Subscriptions and payments
Premium features are billed according to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy and applicable law. You may cancel at any time from your account settings and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable prior notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

FOMO Tools and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the platform, including all software, AI models, data pipelines, scoring algorithms, and content generated by our systems. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

Disclaimer of warranties

Demand signals and product opportunity scores are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or business advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FOMO Tools and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or the services will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
Termination
